Shankar Rao is a professional entrepreneur and visionary with over 25 years of experience in real estate development. With his astute business skills and passion for hardwork he established Subhagrua which now is a leading brand in Real Estate that focus on providing high quality real estate properties to many discerning real estate consumers. Under his strong leadership, Subhagruha has emerged as a formidable brand in the residential layouts & urban townships and ingrained itself as a forerunner since inception. Kalyan Chakravarthy is an MBA with 10 years of experience in real estate industry. As Vice-Chairman, he is involved in conceptualizing and executing Subhagruha ventures and is responsible for strengthening the overall framework for the company's growth across all verticals and geographies with respect to marketing, sales, operations and finance.
J.Srinivas, spearheads the business development efforts, customer acquisition strategy and the growth of sales volumes through internal channels and teams. He has over 4 years of experience with special focus on real estate branding, communications and sales. Srinivas is an MBA in international marketing from UK. He also gives special focus on brand management as well as bringing standards and best practices in the company. He personally monitors all customer service and interfacing initiatives.
Abdul Salam is an MBA with over 18 years of experience in directing marketing and 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Abdul Salam leads all back office operations, customer service and drives all customer communication initiatives for Subhagruha. He is also responsible for the sales trainings and oversees team activities of close to 1000 members.
S Sai Shankar is a B-tech & MBA by training. He has over 18 years of experience in direct marketing and 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Sai Shankar oversees all new branch development strategies, recruitment and HR practices and product innovations in Subhagruha.
